We understand that many property owners prefer to sell their properties privately not publicly, perhaps for family reasons or the property owner has a high profile. The advantage of listing off the market is that any interest in an off-market property tends to come from serious buyers/investors.

We give you privacy with no public marketing. When submitting your property to us we will not reveal any information on our website or by email that can identify the property or you as the owner. Only when an interested buyer has officially registered their interest with us in purchasing a property will we release any details of the property.

To ensure the right interest in your property, we will match a number of pre-qualified investors to your property and make contact with them.

Alternatively, if you have a property you wish to sell publicly through our property listings portal please contact our team who will be more than happy to walk you through the process and get your property listed and featured on our website.

B2B Barter* 

If you list with us and are a B2B Barter user then OMR will accept up to 50% of our commission as B2B. Each property deal is accessed by us.

Flatrate fee is a minimum of $10,000 which includes marketing costs.
